
Asianju Geria is a distinguished Ugandan lawyer renowned for his steadfast commitment to regional peace, human rights, and intergenerational dialogue. His professional journey embodies a rare fusion of legal intellect, civic leadership, and a deep-seated dedication to justice and sustainable development.
He currently serves as the Head of the Peace Promotion Cluster at the Youth Coalition for SDGs, where he directs strategic initiatives that enhance peacebuilding, social cohesion, and youth participation in governance across the region.
Mr Geria is also the Community Liaison Officer at Mazungumzo, where he drives community-centred dialogue on governance, justice, and human rights. In this role, he has been instrumental in cultivating inclusive platforms for reconciliation, participatory leadership, and collaboration between civic actors and local communities.
He also served as a Tutor of Jurisprudence and Legal Theory, nurturing the next generation of legal thinkers through rigorous academic mentorship and promoting ethical, analytical reasoning in law and governance.
